How it works

Submit your role
Fill out the form below. We need the basics — title, location, comp range, must-have certs, role description, and where Forces should reply.

Pay $49 via Stripe
Standard checkout. Card or Apple Pay. Funds held by Stripe; refunded in full if we can't run your role.

We review within 24 hours
A real human reads your submission. If it looks good for our Forces, we approve it and queue the send. If it doesn't, we email you and refund.

Your role goes out
Sent to opted-in Forces by email. Interested Forces reach out to you directly at the email you provided.

Takes about 5 minutes. You'll be redirected to Stripe for the $49 payment.
Common questions
Is this a job board?
No. We don't post your role publicly. We send it to our Force list via email. Your posting stays private to that audience.
Do you take a placement fee?
No. The $49 is the entire cost. If you hire someone, that's between you and them.
What happens if no one applies?
The $49 is non-refundable once we send, but we'll never send a role we don't think will resonate. If we reject your submission for any reason, you get a full refund.
How many Forces will see this?
We run a deliberately selective bench: every Force's certifications are independently verified before they can join. The opted-in subset receives FTE/contract notifications. We're working on better reporting; for now, treat it as a targeted send to a high-signal list.
Can I post a contract role, not just full-time?
Yes. The form has a toggle for Full-time vs. Contract.
What if I want to send multiple roles?
One submission per send in v1. If you have multiple openings, submit each one separately. Bulk discounts coming soon.
